职位描述:
-负责公司的日常行政事务,审核、记录和处理销售部门差旅发票
- 负责公司销售合同的管理及执行,严格保守因工作原因获得的公司机密
- 相关资料的整理翻译,中英互译,包括但不局限于询价资料、报价资料,投标文件、往来邮件等的翻译
- 销售合同执行,按销售合同执行流程操作 ,销售合同应收帐款跟踪及催收;
任职资格:
- 两年以上商务助理、销售助理、商务专员工作经验。
- 大学本科以上学历,大学英文六级以上,专业英语八级优先,办公软件熟练。
- 工作认真细致,五官端正,无不良嗜好。
- 理解能力强,工作努力负责
Job Description:
- Translate official documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
- Attend conferences and meetings and act as official translator to mediate discussion in office or on customer site.
- Other duties assigned by General Manager
Requirement and qualification:
- College degree or above, English preferred
- TEM 8, or Interpretation/Translation Accreditations,Oversea study or working experience is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in translation of English and Chinese
- Excellent attention to details and meticulous at work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
